Instead of updating the factory 6.5 GT again, he chose\u00a0Soundstream Reserve\u00a0WHD14+<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 a unit designed specifically for the 2014+ Harley Touring. This is where the story begins about how one swap can turn a motorcycle into a multimedia concert hall.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n Once you remove the original 6.5\u2033 panel, the advantage of WHD14+ is immediately apparent:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n I begin installing the WHD14+ by carefully removing the factory radio, taking care to preserve the original components. The next step involves embedding the new unit in the opening, connecting the CAN-bus power supply, RCA cables, and GPS antenna. Configuring the Maestro RR2 module is crucial, as it restores full functionality of the steering wheel buttons\u2014from changing tracks and adjusting the volume to invoking the voice assistant.
