ORDER PROCESSING IN OUR ONLINE STORE.

Purpose of processing: In order to process your order in our store, we process your
data provided by you in the form provided for this purpose. Data provided by
you in the said form are made available to selected Partners.

In order to fulfill an order in our store, we process the data you provide in the form provided for this purpose. The data you provide in the form is shared with selected Partners.

The partners with whom we share your personal data independently determine the purposes and methods of processing this data, without being subject to our instructions. Therefore, we are not responsible for their actions or omissions.

Additionally, we process data regarding your activity on the Platform when using the service, including data regarding the session, your device and operating system, browser, location and unique ID.

Legal basis: Necessity for the performance of the service contract in accordance with the terms of use (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

  • your consent (Article 10 of the Act on the provision of services by electronic means and Article 172 of the Telecommunications Law).

Legal basis: Our legitimate interest (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR) consisting in
improving the functioning of our store, facilitating the use of the store and
ensuring its IT security.

Purpose of processing: We process the personal data you provide and data regarding your activity on our social media profiles.

If you give appropriate consent, your e-mail address or telephone number will be transferred to our Partners in order to receive e-mails or SMS or MMS messages from them to the telephone number provided by you, which constitute marketing information regarding the products and services they offer, or in order for them to contact you by telephone and provide you with such information by telephone.

Service providers

We transfer your data to service providers that we use to run the Store, i.e. services in the field of:

  • hosting (private cloud computing);
  • measuring and analyzing website traffic;
  • managing advertising campaigns and measuring their effectiveness.

Our suppliers are based in Poland and other European Economic Area (EEA) countries, such as Ireland. However, some suppliers are based outside the EEA, i.e. in the United States. In such cases, we transfer your data on the basis of European Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016 implementing the Privacy Shield programme. Data will only be transferred to entities certified under this decision.
