ORDER PROCESSING IN OUR ONLINE STORE.
Purpose of processing: In order to process your order in our store, we process your
data provided by you in the form provided for this purpose. Data provided by
you in the said form are made available to selected Partners.

The partners with whom we share your personal data independently determine the purposes and methods of processing this data, without being subject to our instructions. Therefore, we are not responsible for their actions or omissions.

Legal basis: Necessity for the performance of the service contract in accordance with the terms of use (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

Retention period: For the duration of the service contract and after its termination

Purpose of processing: We process your data for marketing purposes, which consist in sending messages (newsletters) to your e-mail address containing information about our store, the services we offer, promotions, discounts, and promotional events.

STORE USAGE STATISTICS, FACILITATING THE USE OF THE STORE AND ENSURING IT SECURITY
Purpose of processing: We process data regarding your activity in our store, such as: functions used, subpages visited and the amount of time spent on each of them, as well as data regarding your search history, your IP address, location, device ID and data regarding the browser and operating system, which data are recorded and stored via cookies.
We process this data to pursue our legitimate interests described below.
Legal basis: Our legitimate interest (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR) consisting in
improving the functioning of our store, facilitating the use of the store and
ensuring its IT security.
Storage period: We process your data for a period corresponding to the life cycle of cookies stored on your devices.

Purpose of processing: We process the personal data you provide and data regarding your activity on our social media profiles.
Legal basis: Our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) in

Retention period: We store your data for the duration of marketing, but no longer than until you uncheck the "like" or "follow" option on our profiles.

In order to fulfill an order in our store, we process the data you provide in the form provided for this purpose. The data you provide in the form is shared with selected Partners.
If you give appropriate consent, your e-mail address or telephone number will be transferred to our Partners in order to receive e-mails or SMS or MMS messages from them to the telephone number provided by you, which constitute marketing information regarding the products and services they offer, or in order for them to contact you by telephone and provide you with such information by telephone.

Service providers
We transfer your data to service providers that we use to run the Store, i.e. services in the field of:
- hosting (private cloud computing);
- measuring and analyzing website traffic;
- managing advertising campaigns and measuring their effectiveness.
- securing the services provided
Our suppliers are based in Poland and other European Economic Area (EEA) countries, such as Ireland. However, some suppliers are based outside the EEA, i.e. in the United States. In such cases, we transfer your data on the basis of European Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016 implementing the Privacy Shield programme. Data will only be transferred to entities certified under this decision.
4. What rights do you have regarding the processing of your data?
You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, request its deletion, request the restriction of its processing and object to the processing of your personal data.
